Breakout R&B artist RINI continues on his singles streak, with “Your Ecstasy,” a blissful new song from his highly anticipated “Lucky 7” EP, available September 6th via Warner Records.
Featuring psychedelic, alt-rock vibes and moody, inviting lyrics, the after-hours anthem is the perfect addition to the crooner’s already impressive discography. The single is accompanied by a suitably evocative video.
“Why do I feel like I’m under your spell? Is it black magic? Can’t tell,” RINI sings over a thumping bassline and swaggering percussion. “Just do whatever you want to me.”
The sultry tone of “Your Ecstasy” is reflected in the visual, which finds RINI sharing a heart-shaped bed with a companion. With dreamy lighting, psychedelic filters, and a distinctly retro aesthetic, the visual deftly conveys the feeling of being completely and utterly under someone’s spell.
“Your Ecstasy” arrives on the heels of RINI’s laid-back stunner “Matter to You,” as well as “Miracle,” an understated, easy-breezy jam. Those tracks represent his first new music since the release of the moody “Your Eyes” last spring. Preceded by his critically acclaimed “UltraViolet” EP, which contained the pop-adjacent “Pressure” and hip-hop-leaning “Selfish” featuring BEAM. On Spotify, RINI’s emotional tunes have racked up more than 200 million streams.
